What Are The Uses Of Ropinirole, Synthroid, Venlafaxine, Carvedilol And Lyrica?

Question: I take multiple medications, most of which I can't remember what there use is. Can I list them and will you tell me why I might be taking them?

Synthroid: Treatment for hypothyroidism
Venlafaxine: Treatment for depression or for fibromyalgia or diabetic neuropathy
Carvedilol: Treatment for congestive heart failure or hypertension
Lyrica: Treatment for fibromyalgia or diabetic neuropathy
Nortriptyline: Antidepressant used for depression, sleep and neuropathy
Levofloxacin: Antibiotic for infection
Lisinopril: Treatment for hypertension or congestive heart failure

There are three more meds. that I would like to know about that I also take, but forgot to include in my original question. Thank you for your prompt answer to my question. The additional three are: Metformin, Naproxen sodium and Simvastatin.
