Brief Answer:
No need to worry because acute phase has passed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries

You were taking Alprax since last 10 years and abrupt stoppage has resulted in withdrawal and this is presenting in form of the symptoms you are having at night time. The feelings like dizziness, chakkar like symptoms, or feelings that some thing is wrong etc are due to mild withdrawal of Alprazolam. As you have stopped the drug on 12th XXXXXXX so you have passed the acute phase of withdrawal and this is a good thing.

In my opinion there is no need to worry for that and these symptoms will pass by own in some weeks but if these are intolerable then medicines like Gabapentin or Pregabalin etc can help. These medicines will help to reduce the symptoms and you will feel better. You can consult a doctor for prescription of this drug.

Relaxaton exercises are also useful in such symptoms. Try to engage yourself in mild exercise at the times of withdrawal symptoms and your symptoms will decrease eventually.

I hope this helps you. Please don't hesitate to ask again for more doubts. Take care

As you advise to me “There is no need to worry because acute phase has passed” and symptoms will pass by own in some weaks
First question is what do you mean by some weaks as I already stopped Aplrax 0.25 since 12 XXXXXXX 2015 and almost 4 weaks gone.
Secondly you advice me to take Aplrax 0.25 SOS. As I feel withdrawal symptoms daily in the night and I will take daily Aplrax 0.25 in this case I again becomes addicted to Aplrax 0.25

Brief Answer:
Gabapentin or Pregabalin can help you

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking a follow up

Acute phase of withdrawal usually last for a week in most of individuals and mild low grade withdrawal symptoms can even persist for weeks to months of stopping the drug. The symptoms you are having like weakness, fatigue, feelings like you will fall etc are occurring due to this protracted withdrawal only.

As taking Clonazepam can help but this will make you addicted to drug again so in such case I'd suggest you to take other medicines that are not addicting and reduce craving. Gabapentin or Pregabalin can help to reduce these symptoms if taken on regular basis. Visit your doctor for evaluation and prescription.

Continue to take your homeopathic medicines as you are taking. Wait for some days and your symptoms will decrease.

I can't give you phone no. here but of you need phone consultation then contact customer care they will arrange a call from me.

Thanks, if you have more doubts please ask again.
