Brief Answer:
Alcohol withdrawal symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Those symptoms are generally seen in persons who lately stopped drinking alcohol (alcohol withdrawal syndrome) and are caused by neurotransmitters dysfunction due to prolonged alcohol use.

It is a condition that needs medical attention because severe cases are seen, besides mild ones like yours.
Evaluation of liver, heart and lungs functions is necessary to understand better your condition.

Treatment is available too, but is started after medical evaluation.

Consult with your primary care Doctor about this.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
