What Blood Groups Are Compatible With A1 Positive Person?
Check for thallasemia carrier status. No issues with blood group.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
Let me assure you that there is no particular specification of blood group that you need to seek. Normally we check for thallasemia carrier status in both the bride as well as the groom. If any one of them is negative, there should not be a problem. As regards ABO and Rh grouping, a Rh negative female may have no issues in giving birth to the first issue. If the first issue is of positive group and if a certain injection is given for Rh isoimmunisation, there should be no problems with the subsequent child births as well. So, basically any blood group should be fine for your son.
Wish you all the best.
