What Can Be Causing Delayed Menstruation 4 Years After Essure Procedure When Pregnancy Tests Are Negative?

Question: I am 10 days late with my period. Already did 2 PT and both are negative. I had the essure procedure done 4 yrs ago. What can be causing my delay?

I have a schedule appointment for regular check up with my OBGYN in 2 weeks. I hope I get it soon... I feel a little more calm that you told me 99% not possible.
