Please consult another doctor and get back to this medicines.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Almost all mentioned medicines (aside from Omeprazole, Tramadol) can not be stopped suddenly. Otherwise you may get very serious withdrawal symptoms. It is even hard to tell which drug is the most necessary right now.Your brain receptors do work much different than regular. Most of this drugs affect brain in many different areas.
So the best you can and you should do is to consult another doctor and get this medicines as soon as possible.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Thank you. I have made an appt with a new doctor but they could not see me until the 20th. I suppose my next question would be is there anything I can do to ease the symptoms I am having. Brain zaps, hallucinations, tremendous pain, vomiting, and extreme depression. I honesty feel like my living hood has been put at risk.
Brief Answer:
Please visit a doctor as soon as possible. Do not wait till 20th.
Detailed Answer:
Well, the problem is that this medicines were a ample mixture of many substances. Every medicine affects different brain receptors and quitting every one of them can cause serious problems. Its even hard to imagine how you must feel quitting all of them at once.
As your brain cells do wait for this particular substances, you can not replace them with anything available without doctors prescription. Moreover, keeping it that way, seems to be life threatening. You can not wait even a day. So please if its possible, visit a doctor today. Even ER should be a correct address. Otherwise it can get even worse.
Please do not wait with it.
