Brief Answer:
4 weeks or less.
Detailed Answer:
Good day and Thank you for being with healthcare magic!
Electrocautery of penile nodules are superficial lesions and it shouldnt affect your erections. You may have anxiety over your penis now since the surgery.
In another 4 weeks or less your penis will be completely healed and it will become normal again as before the surgery.

The dermotologist left a couple of scars on the penis glands is there any creams that can help reduce the scars? Or should I give it time ?
Brief Answer:
No need for ointments.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for your follow-up question.
Generally the lesions would heal in itself and the scars would go away or would blend with the surrounding skin not leaving any significant marks. Healing would last about 1-3 weeks. I would suggest intake of ascorbic acid 500mg 2x per day to aid in wound healing. Refrain from any steroid ointments or creams as they may prevent wound healing. You may apply Contractubex (allantoin, cepae extract) to the lesions 3x per day if you are really worried but like I said this scar are. to usually problematic without any ointment use.

I know you mention I may have anxiety. The dermotologist ask me before the surgery if I have dieabities I asnswer no. But both my parents have it. Do you think after the surgery I could be dieabetic? Because after the surgery I've been really low on energy kind of depress. Is that normal? The surgery should not effect any nerves or auteries right? Thank you!
Brief Answer:
No effect on nerves and arteries.
Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic and thank you for your follow-up question.
I don't think your surgery would damage your arteries or any nerves since the procedure is just superficial in nature. The procedure that the dermatologist did to you wouldn't have any effect on your mood etc.
Diabetes is a chronic disease and doesn't happen overnight. You will need to have a blood exam - fasting blood sugar (FBS) to diagnose a person if he has diabetes or not. I would suggest you get a FBS since you have a strong family history of diabetes.

I read on line that electrosurgery one of the side effects of penile papules removal is that the penis with become less sensative and that it might take a while for sensativity to come back if it even comes back. Is that true? Or should let the healing process do its work? And its been 15 days since the surgery how long should I wait to have sex or wait until its completely heal what do you recommend?
Brief Answer:
2 weeks is a good healing period.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for your follow-up question.
There will be decreased sensation if there will be a scarred tissue in the penis although this is not commonly encountered. If the healing looks normal without significant thickness in the post operative area then I wouldn't expect decrease sensation due to the Derma procedure.
You can have sexual intercourse after 2 weeks of treatment unless you see that the wound hasn't healed yet and you may need to follow up with your dermatologist for proper assessment post operatively.
