Brief Answer:
Core strengthening and Pilates

Detailed Answer:
hi,

thanks for your question.

strengthening of your back is very helpful at helping treat and manage musculoskeletal back pain.

core strengthening excercises are the main type that will help you.

Pilates is often very helpful to patients with such pain.

often sit-ups aggregate the pain and so you should avoid these but other body weight excercises such as the plank, properly performed lunges and squats can be helpful.

If your pain continues or worsens then you should seek further medical advice as often blood work and an X-ray can be reassuring that nothing more serious is going on to cause your pain.

I hope this answers yor question.

best wishes
