Question: I am having trouble with my bladder and kidneys my urine is really yellow and sometimes I have blood

This is potentially a condition that deserves a careful evaluation. Blood in urine compels a complete urinary system (urologic) evaluation to be undertaken.
This blood could originate from the kidneys, the ureters (tubes that conduct urine from kidneys to bladder) or from the bladder itself. Detecting where this comes from could be suspected from the timing. If it comes just at the start of urination, its most probably from the urethra. If the blood is all round, it should from the kidneys. When the blood only come towards the end of urination, it could be of bladder origin.
Tests to evaluate kidney function and size are compelling. It is important to know the levels of urea and creatinine and urine proteins, this could indicate a probable kidney issue such as infections Urine analysis and a kidney ultrasound could be useful. A problem with the bladder and the prostate need to be ruled out too. Increase in prostate size (prostate hypertrophy) could also present itself as such. Doing a prostate Specific Antigen test, PSA, prostate ultrasound and biopsy, as shall be guided by a proper clinical review is imperative.
I strongly suggest you book an appointment with a urologist. While , consult your general practitioner to rule out any infection, and in case present, prescribe appropriate antibiotics as you await to see your doctor.
