Brief Answer:
Use Lukewarm water only.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
See, hot water kills bacteria but only if the bacteria is boiled in water. There is no point in burning your hands and hurting you just because you have heard that. We do advise to wash hands in lukewarm water. It should be just bearable hot.
Washing hands properly with soap and lukewarm water is good enough to get rid of the bacteria's in your hand.
If you are very conscious, you can use a hand sanitizer before washing hands. Rub it and let it dry, after 5 minutes wash your hands with soap and Lukewarm water.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

Brief Answer:
That you think.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Washing hands with soap and water is enough to kill normal germs. In case there is any germ that is not being killed by this then it won't also get killed by your technique.
I strongly advise you not to do this.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
Use soap and water

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
I mentioned that you should try your best to maintain cleanliness but not at the cost of getting your self burnt.
Use soap and lukewarm water to clean your hands. Dipping your hand in hot water will not kill your all germs.
This is my advise for your safety.
Good Luck.
