Brief Answer:
May be soft tissue infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

Usually such recurring pimples indicates soft tissue infections like folliculitis (especially if it is pus filled, painful and associated with surrounding redness) and can be treated with antibiotics for a few days. One full course of appropriate antibiotic can prevent further recurrence.

Anyhow, there are other possibilities like wart, molluscum etc also.
These conditions can be distinguished by a local examination.

Answered by Dr. Muhammed Aslam (16 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
can be.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

Still it can be folliculitis.
This can appear at any site on our body that is hairy.
Folliculitis are usually not recurring, and respond well to antibiotics. When recurring, they most commonly occur at different sites; not at the same site.
