Brief Answer:
Pop feel right temple
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
The possible cause of pop feeling by right temple
It may be related to your right ear /some fluid in your Eustachian tubes (ear canal)that can make a popping noise.
It may be related to elevated blood pressure.
It may be related to intra-cranial aneurysm with small intermittent bleed(not uncommon) as you have pressure in head following the feel.
Pressure in head can however be due to your anxiety over the cause of pop feeling.
You need an ENT check-up first, measurement of blood pressure and if unresolved ,go for MRI brain +/- MR cerebral angiography

Brief Answer:
Benign pop sound in right temple
Detailed Answer:
Since your blood pressure is normal, next logical step would be an ENT check-up particularly right ear tympanic membrane.
Normally, swallowing sometimes causes a little click or popping sound in the ear. This occurs because a small bubble of air has entered the middle ear, up from the back of the nose. It passes through the Eustachian tube that connects the back of the nose with the middle ear.
If the tube remains blocked, fluid (like blood serum) will seep into the middle ear from the membranes in an attempt to overcome the vacuum.
Swallowing activates the muscles that open the Eustachian tube.
When the tube is unblocked ,sometimes a pop is heard.
