What Casues Tightness All Over Body?

Question: I have tightness all over the body. To be specific hands,back ,thighs and tightness over eyes.when I have shelcol with in an hour I could the tightness is not there and it is free.can I continue with this tab

You may continue with the shelcol(calcium containing tablet),no harm in it.Having said that one needs to find out the cause,my suggestion would be-
1.Blood test for calcium, phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase,vitamin D and B12.
2.Regular exercises along with vitamin D (1000 I.u./day).
Please share the other complain, if you have.

Thanks for your immediate reply.i have checked my earlier records. My doctor prescribed the following.
Rocaltrol .25 mg mor and night 1 tab after food
Shelcol 500 mg mor and night 1 tab after food
Osteofos 35 mg twice in a week before food in morning
For the past ten days I was having this tightness all over the body.to be very particular over the eyes,hip,thighs.i was feeling very uncomfortable.Feeling drowsy and lethargy.i am feeling better now.sholuld I continue this tab. Or should consult doctor again.N day before night I was suffering from fever.and temp was 100.4 day befor night.yesterday morning it was 98.3 and in the evening it was 100.i had Dolo 650 mg mor and night.today temp is 98.6. Especially I have this drowsiness for many years.i have checked with Ent,Nuro and eys .All experts confirmed I don't have any problem.To be very specific I used have tightness over the eyes .i used feel I have to close my eyes for sleeping.I used do daily exercise an aim a diabetic .My sugar level is under control always.p p is 156 to 170.nobody is able to help me out.I have seen all specialist none could help me out.I am not fresh at all.Feeling drowsiness and lethargy and feel like sleeping always.can u help me out.

I have one one more problem which is not clear.frequently over the eyes used to be hot sensation and urine also used to be warm.some say body become hot some people say if I have infection it will be like that.I want to avoid antibiotic as much as possible.can u throw some light .i don't have any physical work.table work at office.only thing is my travelling daily by car to and fro 120 km per day.

It's good to see you
I have gone through the query carefully and the cause could be hypothyroidism.In this level of thyroxine hormone goes down leading to lethargy,muscle fatigue.Hence,it is highly recommended to have blood test like T3,T4,TSH,PTH level along with vitamin D, B12 .
Meanwhile you may continue with the current medication.
The fever of one day duration could be viral and needs observation.
It's normal to have warm urine and is not characteristic of urine infection. You may drink plenty of fluid.
Revert back with the asked reports.
