Brief Answer:
Hello dear . Its a lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Waldenstrom macroglobelinemia is a lymphoplascytic lymphoma. Its a low grade disease of lymph nodes and require treatment only if causes any significant abnormality or symptoms. Its a rare disease and we see only one or two cases evry 6 months in ahematology setup. Due to rarity of disease its difficult for a single expert to do some research work on it. Guidelines are a consensus opinion from many people. We follow NCCN or ESMO guidelines.
