What Caues Pain While Passing Stool?
Question: I feel a pinch pain while passing stool, as if there is a cut caused by hard stool and us unable to heal. This kind of feel is there only at the starting, and with in 5 min all settle down.

I have gone through your description, the stmptomy you describe sound like a anal tissue which is a small cut in the anal canal due to passage of hard stools.
I suggest the following
1. Psyllium husk (Naturolax) with water daily
2 xylocaine ointment for local application
3 sitting in a tub for lukewarm water for five minutes twice a day . this will reduce the pain and cause early healing. You should stop using povidone.
Please consult your doctor to get a rectal exam to confirm the presence of a fissure
