Radiologist 's  Response
Hello,

The report shows a cancerous lump in the pelvis. It is extending into the prostate, seminal vesicles, urinary bladder, rectum, and anal canal. It makes it completely inoperable. There is also spread of disease into the chest, upper abdominal, lymph nodes with lungs and skeleton also being involved. The disease staging is IV, and the patient might have a life expectancy of six months to a year.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vivek Chail
