Bloating may be from menopause
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.
Menopausal women are more susceptible to bloating because of hormonal imbalance.
Bloating can be easily managed and even prevented if you make certain lifestyle adjustments and some of them you have done ,add more fibers in your diet.
The most effective are changes in diet and the way you eat.
1.Keep a Diary
Keeping a diary: note when symptoms arise helps to understand what affects or not your bloating .Everybody reacts differently to different foods, experiences, and exercises so keep a diary of when bloating happens, and when it does not.
2.Maintain an Exercise Routine, workout regimen of at least 30 minutes of moderate to mild exercise.
3.Use Relaxation Techniques
4.Stay hydrated and use probiotics including yogurt.
5.Avoid spicy,oily,junk food.
6.Do not skip meals.
As my opinion you do not need to take prilosec because you have not stomach issue.
You can take only probiotics to improve your digestion.
All the best
