I have gone through your query carefully and most likely cause is deficiency of calcium in body, medically known as carpopedal spasm.
My suggestion would be get blood test for calcium and vitamin D level and may share the report with me in follow up query. Do you have any medical illness or what kind of drug are you taking if any, please share.
