Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that Since your CT scan of heart is grossly normal I would like to tell you that there is a strong possibilty of thyroid disorder or anxiety even . You need to get your Serum TSH , T3 AND T4 done because it is the most common cause of arrythmias at your age . A ECG , 2 D ECHO is also advisable because it needs to be seen which kind of arrythmia it is , on the type of arrythmia it will be decided what can be the cause . Ct scan of heart generally reveal any structural abnormality but rhythm abnormality results on the ECG or may be Holter monitoring .So I will advise you to discuss these options with your treating physician and plan accordingly because since he has examined you , he remains the best judge for the situation.
