Question: Hi. My upper thigh on my left leg feels tingly/numb. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Numbness on upper thigh on lateral aspect can be due to a specific kind of neuropathy called 'Meralgia paresthetica'.
'Nerve conduction studies' of lower limbs may help towards the diagnosis.In addition,please get the following investigations done-
1)Blood sugar(fasting)
2)ESR

Meanwhile,please start a trial of these medicines-
1)Tab.pregabalin 75 mg once a day
2)Tab.Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg once a day.
