Brief Answer:
It can be due to cervical spondylitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have read your case and I think it can be due to cervical spondylitis. Cervical spondylitis causes nerve compression and it can cause pain at back of head. Before I advised you any further I would like to know little more detail so that I can offer you better treatment.
1. What is the nature of pain, Is it like tingling and numbness?
2. Are you also feeling giddiness?
3. Are you taking any treatment for cervical spondylitis?
4. Have you done any investigation like MRI or X ray of the neck?

Please answer these questions. I will try my best to help you.
Thanks.

Pain is physical as in ( headache) no tingling or numbness
Slight giddiness when getting up from bed from sleeping position
mild nausea
No treatment as of now
MRI done 3 years back and shows clear case of mild cervical spondylosis XXXXXXX angio done to rule out any lesions and check blood flow through carotid arteries. No abnormality seen except right carotid shows mild irregularity and narrowing . ( I recall from memory)

thanks

Brief Answer:
I think your cervical spondyltis is progressed

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I think your cervical spondyitis is worsened over three years. Because of this you are having headache, giddiness.
I would suggest you to repeat MRI of the cervical spine. This will help us in further management of the disease.
In my patients with cervical spondyltis I offer following suggestions.
1. Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobal daily.
2. Intermittent cervical traction exercise.
3. Neck muscle strengthening exercises.
4. Stugeron forte is used if giddiness is too much.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup query is there.
Thanks.
