Am I Having Sleeplessness Due To Having Coversyl Plus?

Within the last year I have started taking Coversyl plus. Now I am having trouble sleeping. I fall asleep but wake two or three hours later and cannot get back to sleep. Could my sleeplessness be related to the Coversyl Plus. I take 4mg each morning. I would prefer a natural treatment with Bonito Peptides. I have mild hypertension, not severe.

Hi,

No, your sleep disturbance is not due to Coversyl Plus. You need to cut down on caffeinated beverages. You can take Melatonin supplement at night for quality sleep. Also, drink a lot of water and do more physical activity.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rana Ahsan Javed, General & Family Physician
