Brief Answer:
take injections
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Alopecia aerata is actually hyperactivity of immune system.
Your own immunity destroys the hair follicles.
When an episode of alopecia aerata is there, steroid in the form of injection or tablet is given to control immunity.
There is no permanent cure for this disease.
The best thing is steroid injections.
Better take it once again.
Oral steroids may cause gastric ulcers .
I would suggest you to continue with ayurvedic medication. These medicines help in regulating immunity.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

Could you please sugest some home remedies as well.
Brief Answer:
injection is safe
Detailed Answer:
Hello
The only side effect of injection is localised thinning of skin.
This happens on excessive use for months.
However it is the best and safest treatment.
Injection can be given even in beard.
You can try application of raw onion paste, overnight.
Apply it twice a week.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
