Hi,

Patients with decubitus ulcers may not develop gastric ulcers. But chronic bedridden patients may have a lot of stress and develop ulcers, which is called Curling's ulcer.

In patients with stroke, there is an elevation of intracranial pressure, which leads to ulcer called Cushing's ulcers.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
