Brief Answer:
you need repeat investigation and review
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
WBCs and the Estrase in urine without bacteria is called aseptic pyuria.
In view of thickened bladder wall the etiology mostly likely is tuberculosis. Other close differential diagnoses are chlamydia or chronic bacterial infections that have been incompletely treated.
You should get a review to a local physician after two three weeks with Complete blood counts, Urine routine and culture, CRP and procalcitonin level reports
I hope the advise will be helpful for you.
