What Causes A Black Scab On The Testicle?

Question: I felt a jabbing sensation on one of my testicles upon a inspection it looked black like a scab only it wouldn't pull off and when I tried it bled a lot. Not only that but there seems to be quite a few more on both sides of different sizes also I'm not sure if it's related but I have not been able to come to orgasm from masterbation
