Brief Answer:
Allergic reaction to the Pain killer
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed a spot of fixed drug eruption. This is basically an allergic reaction to the drug you took .'You should never take this medicine again ever since you are very likely to develop the reaction again every time you take this drug.
For the time being ,Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected areas twice daily .
Take some oral antihistamines like Benadryl or levocetrizine along to relieve the associated itching and allergy .
Hope it helps

Brief Answer:
Looks like an allergic reaction
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Any drug can cause allergic reaction anytime .Sometimes one tends to take a specific drug for years before any problem and then suddenly it starts to cause allergic reactions. So it is better to avoid it later if it has caused allergy once . Allergic reactions are mostly associated with burning sensation over skin or itching.
The second possibility is definitely that of a bruise but such a large bruise and hemorrhagic lesion develops only after a major trauma and is associated with lot of pain. Did you have any trauma to the area or is there and pain ?
So ,in my viewpoint and from what I see on the picture, it is most likely a lesion of fixed drug eruption ,also owing to the color of the lesion and the intake of pain killers prior to its development .
Hope it helps
