What Causes A Blister At The Tip Of The Penis After Masturbation?

Question: I masturbated using a blanket, a couple of days later i noticed i got a blister on the tip of the head, it turned into a dark scab, i also got a red rash down the top of the shaft its itchy and tender to the touch
