If that is a blister on teh knee, then most likely a spider bite!

HI,
I have reviewed the attached image. If what i see on the knee cap is a blister, then that is very suggestive of a spider bite. I will recommend the following for now and a follow up image in 72hours for review.
1. Clean the bite with mild soap and water
2. Apply cold packs regularly,
3. Take Tylenol 1000mg every 6-8hours if in pains.
No antibiotics are recommended at this time. However, if you notice any black tissue or report fevers, we will need to consider doing so. Also, if you were in an area with many cases of tetanus, getting vaccinated would have been advised as well.
