What Causes A Bump On The Penile Shaft?

Question: My shaft it feels like a bump is there and is irratated when touched it seems like a have a fordyce bump just below my shaft and a skin colored near invisible flat "bump" below the head of my penis but above the shaft

Ok yes i will tomorrow for sure but i would like to add i forgot to mention 3 small red bumps right below the head on the back of the penis

Fordyce spots can be left as it is. They are a normal finding in many.
The red, raised spots on underside of penis are most likely HPV warts. They need to be removed with either electrosugery or Laser.

I researched and it says the red raised could be penile papules and as i said im nkt extremely sexual active

Hi.

Penile papules are usually quite distinctively arranged circumferentially all around on the corona of glans penis. Whereas these are quire far from the corona and don't exactly look like penile papules.
