When a clot is formed in the brain,the result depends upon various factors like size of the clot,place where it has been lodged,how many of them are there etc.
A big clot is most of the times fatal while a medium sized clot can cause weakness or paralysis of one side of body and very small clots may not cause any deficit at all or may be just some localised problem.

Dear i had put my question but is not reflecting here..
My question was

I have a near relative suffering from constant headaches, after consulting with the Doc it was advised to get the MRI done, i would like to know what does the following lines means, how sever is the illness, what needs to be done etc ?

"Acute nonhemorrhagic infarct in right-fronto-temporo-parietal regions, in the territory of MCA"

I am attaching the MRI report along with the query

Hello,
It means a cerebrovascular stroke and since there are no neurological deficits involved except some weakness of left arm,the patient should be all right with proper treatment which involves anti cholesterol medicines,anti platelet medications,antioxidants like B complex and anti hypertensives.
Risk factors like diabetes,cholesterol and hypertension is to be tackled.
