Anatomy looks normal..
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the question.
I have reviewed the pictures that you sent. The first one is slightly blurry but the second one is more clear. The anatomy looks completely normal. When you are squatting, it is normal for the opening of the vagina to gape open slightly which is why you can see some of the inside anatomy. Also, the vaginal wall has tons of skin folds called rugae. I believe that this is what you are feeling.
If there was something wrong with the anatomy it might have presented as painful intercourse or pain with insertion of a tampon. It sounds like this has not been an issue.
Finally, examining yourself with your fingers will in no way hurt the pregnancy (I think that this is what you are asking). Given that the anatomy is normal, there is probably no concern about the uterus or baby as well.
I hope that this answers your questions and good luck!

No it does not look like prolapse or a cyst
Detailed Answer:
There are women who develop vaginal wall cysts but this is not present on the pictures that you sent. Also, in a 21 year old it would be rare to have prolapse of the vagina and this is not present in the pictures.
When you go to your doctor for the pregnancy, they will probably do a pelvic / vaginal exam. Ask them if they see anything abnormal and I am quite sure that they will respond that everything is normal.
Try not to worry and try not to spend too much time looking at the area as it looks very normal in the pictures.

The urethra where urine comes out...
Detailed Answer:
When you spread the skin folds on the outside of the vagina, it exposes the vagina and the associated skin folds. Towards the top / front is a small hole called the urethra. That is where urine comes out. That is what I think you are seeing that looks different to you. As I said, the anatomy looks completely normal in the pictures. This can be confirmed by your doctor when you go in for a visit to evaluate the pregnancy.
Thank you for the questions.

Yes this is normal
Detailed Answer:
When you cough, there is pressure on the 'pelvic floor'. This leads to movement of the vaginal walls downward. I believe that you are just feeling movement of normal anatomy. That being said, the only way that you can definitely determine that this is normal is by going to your doctor and have them do an exam. In a 21 year old who otherwise is healthy and who does not have any problems with intercourse, the anatomy is almost certainly normal. Please try not to worry and get in to see someone so that they can put your mind at ease.

No it will not...
Detailed Answer:
The uterus, where the pregnancy is growing, is completely separate from the areas in the vagina that you are worrying about. It is almost certain that the pregnancy is fine. I do not think that anything harmless is going on. Please go in for an exam to confirm that everything is normal and you will feel much better about all of this.

Normal discharge or signs of a yeast infection
Detailed Answer:
During pregnancy, it is normal to have an increased discharge. This can be clear to whitish in appearance. This is related to an increase in hormones related to the pregnancy.
That being said, the more that you are exposing the area and examining the vagina, the greater the chance that you are going to cause problems or an infection. A whitish discharge can be a sign of a yeast infection, which are very common. Here is what I would recommend:
1. Please stop looking at the area. This is obviously causing some distress and the reality is that everything is probably normal.
2. Schedule a visit with an OB Provider - you need a check up for the pregnancy and an exam to look at the vagina and to obtain vaginal cultures to make sure that there is not an infection.
As I stated, everything in the pictures appears normal, but this can only be definitively determined by your doctor. Make the visit!
It has been a pleasure to help you and good luck.
