Question: I have a feeling inside my chest which feels like when you get chilled. I lasts only a few seconds and goes away, but happens throughout the day and especially when I am resting.

The symptom mentioned by you is very nonspecific and does not point towards any organ system or a structure or of serious nature. Since you have not mentioned any other symptom I presume there are none. You may take some nerve vitamins like methylcobalamine supplements for sometime. Get a blood test done to rule out any thyroid gland disorder. If the feeling persists, consult your PCP who can examine in detail.
