What Causes A Cyst On The Eyelid After Blepharoplasty?

Question: I had blepharoplasty 3 days ago and I feel I've been healing WNL, however for past few hours I have a fluid filled membrane or sack enlarging from lower bottom lid and getting larger. Any ideas?
