Question: Hi Doctor, I have one partner and I got a week ago dark red bubble on my foreskin , its inside the skin, look like damaged vein but I don't know what exactly is it, it has no pain, but I have little discomfort and litle pain on right testicle. Its been a week and now the dark red area - around is getting a little bigger. Please help, what can it be, should I go to urgent help???
Brief Answer:
Consult with dermatologist as soon as possible, biopsy to run immediately.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.
I have also gone through the brown spot on your foreskin and can say that it could be hyperpigmentation of skin. However, as it has been growing during this week, another possible cause could be melanoma.
I highly recommend to consult with a dermatologist as soon as possible and get biopsy of the spot to determine the final diagnosis.
OTC pain killers can help ease the pain you have in your right testicle.
All the best!

Can it be some vein ore skin damage from friction, rough sex ore masturbation???
Brief Answer:
Could be,however, further consultation with dermatologist is still advised.
Detailed Answer:
Hi back XXXX,
That could be also a possibility; however, as per your saying, it has been growing up during these days. So, if I was your caring doctor would recommend to consult with a dermatologist as soon as possible. Please do not apply anything on it.
