I have reviewed them an they are both suggestive of a possible actinic keratosis or an allergy. Actinic keratosis is common when an area is often exposed to sun. Am not exactly sure if this area is often exposed to the sun. This in itself is no major concern and my immediate advise is that you should observe and report its evolution to us. Otherwise, see a calm and positive mindset. If there is anything of concern, we will identify and act on when we gather more information through monitoring.
