What Causes A Feeling Of Pills Stuck In Throat?
![default](/r/images/default.png)
No worries. Slight adjustments will help
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Feeling of pills sticking in throat and not for food and any other diet is likely nothing to worry about. Some pills are just hard to swallow.
I would like you to take at least 8 to 12 ounces of water with each pill and if it gets stuck i would prefer you to crush them and then dissolve them in water and drink that water . That will be as effective as swallowing the pill in whole.
Usually sore throat or acid reflux may cause such discomforts and self resolves. Feeling of something stuck in throat is very common in stomach discomforts. Anxiety and stress may also be responsible for the case.
Nutshell, no worries, either crush it or take it with plenty of fluids. If the problem still persist seek an otorhinolaryngologist and let them have a look and work you up if need be . i am sur eit wont come to that.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
Regards
Khan
