Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Please let me know what type of medications and medical problems you suffer from.
Blisters generally happen because of fluid overload, autoimmune diseases, medications, and infections. It is occasionally associated with medication side effect. Diabetes and neuropathy is another common cause of abnormal blisters.
I would recommend getting some routine lab work for metabolic and endocrine abnormalities, as well as complete work up for heart failure.

Brief Answer:
You may need extra furosemide, See cardiologist
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
I would recommend following up with your primary care Doctor who could probably use some silver nitrate to help stop oozing. If it is still continuously draining, however, you may need to have it debrided or cleaned out at the hospital.
The only mechanical way to stop the drainage is to apply pressure as you may remember when you had a similar episode on your ankle. However, due to the location, that may be difficult to impossible.
I would follow up with your primary care doctor or cardiologist. You may need an extra dose of furosemide to help decrease the amount of fluid you have. Fluid overload is associated with small breaks in the skin due to abnormal stretching. Occasionally you can get oozing and leakage from the site.
