Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
Try to see if the hardening felt, is on the upper or lower part of the shaft of penis.
Peyronie's plaque is the most likely problem you have.
You'll need to get the penis examined by an Urologist.

Thanks for your reply! It is like a hard blood vessel that is a couple in long. It is on my left side of the penis beside a blood vessel. it does move around. Again I can only feel it with an erection. Is it serious matter or an urgent matter? Avoid sex or masturbation?
Brief Answer:
Best treated early.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Like i mentioned earlier, it's most likely to be a Peyronie's plaque.
Your description is typical of that.
If so, it's best to start treatment early.
Otherwise, it'll increase in size, and then cause symptoms like, pain, bend in the penis, painful intercourse, and increase in length of this plaque.
No need to avoid sex or masturbation.
It'll not reverse with stopping sex.
It's not something that affects your health in anyway.
Wish you good health.
