Brief Answer:
Level of 10 g/L not suggestive of plasma cell dyscrasia or low immunity.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
The serum protein electrophoresis shows that there is increase in monoclonal proteins in gamma region.
However, a level of 10 g/L of serum protein in gamma region is insignificant.
The protein level becomes significant when level is above 35 g/L.
In addition, there is increase in alpha 1 and alpha 2 globulins which are acute phase reactants thus, there is a possibility that proteins in gamma region have increased in response to some acute infection or inflammation in body.
The immunity will not be affected or you will not become more prone to infections by increase in protein in gamma region so relax.
There is nothing to worry since the levels may come back to normal after the focus of infection / inflammation clears away from body.
To rule out the possibility of any plasma cell dyscrasia, you may get serum protein electrophoresis after a month.

Thanks and take care
