Brief Answer:
Please upload an image.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. However, I would need more details about the lump. Please mention its size (preferably in mm). It would help if you could attach an image of the lump.
I would await your input. Based on that I would definitely guide you further.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Needs to be examined clinically
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. I have checked the attached image. There are four main possibilities to consider:
* Lipoma - a harmless fatty tumor.
* Enlarged lymph node - occurs in case of some local infection.
* Sebaceous cyst - when oily secretions get collected inside
* Dermoid cyst
I would insist you to visit a surgeon to get it examined. Clinical examination is essential in this case.
Let me know if I could help further.
