Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, it appears to be a supratrochlear lymph node. However, that is just based on your description. The lump needs to be examined. If there is any suspicious element involved then an excisional biopsy should be planned. However, they are a feature of RA in which they get enlarged and usually no treatment is required other than NSAIDs to control the inflammation.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
