To recapitulate: Male/63 - large lump - in the fold of right leg at the groin - about the middle or inside of the fold - not visited any Doctor - no medications taken....
Please give additional history for me to assist you better:
Since when is the lump present?
Is it expansile meaning does it increase in size or give impulse on coughing or remains stationary?
Is it reducible means reduces/vanishes in size on pressing on it or remains same?
Any pain, tenderness, redness?
Any other history like urinary tract infection, scrotal/penile skin infection?
