Question: I have a lump on my inner thigh. Tender. Thought maybe a boil or ingrown hair. Been putting tea tre oil in it. Wondering what to put on it.

You have developed furuncle.
It's a bacterial infection and needs treatment with antibiotics.
Oral as well as topical antibiotics are required.
A combination of oral capsule amoxicillin 500 mg thrice a day for 5 days and ointment mupirocine to be applied locally thrice a day gives good response. You might need to meet a doctor to get these prescribed.
