What Causes A Orange Spot Around The Ankle Region?
Question: orange spot around ankles, 29 years old, female no medical conditions besides anemia. Around my ankles ive seen before about a month ago but it went away. I looked it up and it looked like schambergs disease i didnt worry about it. But now with the spot on my forehead im worried. Both spots are smooth with the skin and do not itch. The one on my temple peeled a little but then stopped. I thought it was a sun spot and going away. Its not. Thef irst picture of the forehead is today the second pictue is last week.

I was able to see similar spot just above the eye, can you confirm this?
Based on the picture, I feel it is likely to be due to some irritation or allergy.
You can wash the area with cool water and mild soap like dermadew. And then you can apply calamine lotion with alovera. It is better if you apply sunscreen when you go out. Apart from this I feel it does not require any other treatment. It is likely to resolve on its own. It may take upto 10 days to resolve.
