Brief Answer:
Likely a benign nevus
Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have read your question and I have noted your concern.
A mole/ nevus which has remained unchanged over the last 3 years is most likely a benign mole/ nevus. Any change in a nevus in terms of size, shape, symmetry, color, margins should arouse suspicion.
Regards

Hi.
I can see 2 lesions in this image, a circular one and a longer one. The longer one does'nt look like a mole. It looks more like a wart.
I would like to you to upload a few more clear images in better lighting.

Brief Answer:
Genital warts/ Condyloma acuminata
Detailed Answer:
Thank you. I have reviewed the Images.
These are not moles. I can see 2 pigmented, rough appearing growths which are suggestive of genital warts / condyloma acuminata.
Genital warts are sexually transmitted infection, commonly caused by HPV -6, 11 and less commonly by other HPV types- 16, 18, 31, 33, 45. You must have acquired the infection via sexual contact with an infected partner.
They need to be ablated/ destroyed with either electrocautery or CO Laser. I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful.

Hi.
There is no relation between these 2 conditions. These are entirely distinct entities. Warts are caused by HPV, a sexually transmitted infection whereas Vitiligo is autoimmune in origin.

Is there any medication which I can use at home to treat my wart . Very afraid going to dermatologist . Can i enjoy my sex life normally or should I avoid till I will be ok.
Brief Answer:
Kindly visit a dermatologist
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I would suggest you to visit a dermatologist.
Electrocautery Or radiofrequency cautery is one option wherein the wart would be ablated/ destroyed. It is a very minor procedure.
Other option include application of topical podophyllin 20% resin (dermatologist would apply it for you). This usually causes regression of warts in 1 or 2 applications. However, if this fails, electrocautery is the next option.
I would advice you to avoid sexual contact till you get rid of warts and for a few months thereafter, so as to exclude any recurrence. You can certainly pass it on to your partner if you indulge in sexual contact.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Your wife need to be examined and tested for Hpv
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Yes, HPV infection can persist for years or even decades.
There is no risk for baby as the infection is usually tansmitted sexually. However, you should avoid touching the warts with hands as you may inadvertantly transmit the infection through contaminated hands. Wash your hands frequently and avoid touching with hands.
Your wife too would be ideally examined for any warts by a gynecologist and also tested for HPV.
