Brief Answer:
Most probably an infected sebaceous cyst...

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate:Female/39 - hard, pea sized lump - movable - an inch and half below left collarbone - sore and tender - too Amox for sinus and ear infection - UTI too - which you feel is not cleared yet - concerned about the lump ...

The commonest cause of a lump as you have described is an infected sebaceous cyst as there are no lymph nodes in this area and lipoma is never painful.

Since UTI is not cleared and you are developing a lump I would advise you to continue/change over to another antibiotic, have re-consultation with your Doctor for clinical evaluation, actual examination and advise you tests of blood, urine and for the lump to get a confirmed diagnosis and plan for further treated as needed.
I hope, this answers your query, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communications .
