Question: hello, ive been having a prickling feeling around my heart for about two months,i had a stress test 2 years ago and an echo,i was wondering if this could be costocondritis or my heart. thank you

Prickling feeling around the heart is more likely to be a costochondritis than a heart problem.
Anyway, pay attention, if you have your complaints on physical exertion, and if you see a clear relationship with physical activity, then see your doctor to perform another stress test.
