Question: Dear Sirs,
My 18 years old has a rash on both arms that comes and heals and comes again it is just on both arms , please tell me what this rash is.

I have gone through your query and the pictures.
Based on the pictures I feel it might be insect bites, but the pictures are not that clear, so it requires closer examination.

Presently I would suggest you to wash the affected part with cool water and mild soap like dermadew or dove. Tap it dry , you can apply calamine lotion with alovera. It produces soothing effect and hastens healing.
