Question: I had a red bump on the inside base of my penis, no pain, no itching, no burning. Originally it looked like an ingrown hair to me but now it looks inflamed

After sex / I ejaculated I noticed the tip of my penis looks odd. When I went to pee it didn't burn but felt like I had to push for the urine to come out, added 2 pics

Yes, it looks irritated. Probably due to friction/ trauma from sex or it could be chemical irritation in case if you used soap etc to clean the area.
